Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging with any tags or seals intact.
- You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used beauty products.
- Gift cards, downloadable content, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at admin@krylan.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the item(s) and include the RA# in the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at admin@krylan.xyz, and we will assist you in resolving the issue by either issuing a refund or sending you the correct product at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@krylan.xyz.
